Tyrrell Museum

today my son has his first school field trip...  He is a little excited about going on to a school bus for the first time as well.  His trip is to Drumheller - Tyrell Museum.  For those that do not know it is a Dinosaur museum.  It is a great place to teach kids about all the dinosaurs that were around.  Here is the website http://www.tyrrellmuseum.com/  In the summer you can go on hikes and dig for fossils.  But for today they are just doing the tour and then they are going to Reptile World - I have never been there so I am not sure what that all entails so that will be something new for him to see.

Roy had asked my Sister to take him on the field trip due to the fact that I could not take the day off seeing how I used my one vacation day this month.  So she is camera happy just like me so when I get pictures of the day I will post them.  I really can't wait to hear all about his day.
